How I Meet With and Support Clients
I provide independent, client-side support delivered entirely remotely, designed for homeowners and developers who want expert guidance without the cost or complexity of on-site consultancy.

Support is provided via Zoom, phone, email, and photo/video review, allowing us to work efficiently wherever you’re based in the UK. We start with a free, no-obligation discovery call to understand your project, stage, and priorities. From there, you can choose targeted fixed-fee support for specific stages, or ongoing monthly support while work is live.

Throughout the process, I help you make confident decisions on scope, budget, builder selection, contracts, variations, payments, and snagging. You’ll receive clear actions, practical advice, and calm oversight, with response times defined up front based on your chosen package.

You always appoint and contract directly with builders and consultants — my role is to advise, sense-check, and protect your interests, remotely.
